Hello! I am Deb Swanson from rural Ivanhoe, Minnesota. My husband Kevin and I are happy to be a part of the Wilson O'Brien team! We will work together to help you buy or sell real estate. In addition to being Realtors, we own and operate Kevin Swanson Auctioneering (based out of Ivanhoe) and conduct many types of auctions throughout the the year - including real estate, farm machinery, antiques & collectibles, household goods, and more!
After graduating from Renville-Sacred Heart High School, I attended Willmar AVTI and graduated in the Administrative Secretary program. For seven years, I was a Faculty Secretary at Willmar AVTI. In 1991, I moved to this area when I married Kevin. We have two children - Andrew (14) and Emily (11). After moving here, I worked in a local law office for 13 years and especially enjoyed working with real estate.
